In certain cases, the Formidable \u2192 Settings page displays blank. In this case, you won&#8217;t be able to update your license key within the WordPress admin.<\/p>\n<p>When this happens, you can update the license key directly in the database via phpMyAdmin seeing as WordPress stores it in the wp_options table. So when the admin page is blank, you can update it manually.<\/p>\n<p>However, you should use this method as a last resort. It allows you to fix a blocked or corrupted license without having to uninstall the plugin or lose data. Before anything, make sure to backup your database.<\/p>\n<p>Once the license updated, the <a href=\"https:\/\/formidableforms.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Formidable<\/a> \u2192 Settings page will become accessible once again.
